At Family Shoe Centre, we want every step you take to be comfortable, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right pair or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned footwear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
